Mission Statement:

The Mission of our Church is to reach out to people from all walks of life and to win the lost at any cost, in our church, in our community and beyond. To present the Gospel of Jesus Christ in such a way that turns non-Christians into converts, converts into disciples, and disciples into mature, fruitful leaders, who will in turn go into the world and reach others for Christ.

Vision statement:

Our vision is to break down religious, social, educational, economical, and ethnic barriers between the people of God and to create a spiritual rainbow coalition so that all born again believers who embrace the basic fundamental essentials of biblical truth, can come together under one roof and experience a worship that touches heaven and changes earth, worship that influences people to want to change, worship that exalts Christ.

The Pastor’s Aide Department works closely with the Pastor as an extension of his effort to reach out to those within the church and those in the community. The committee members offer their various skills to aid the Pastor in any Christian endeavor that he requests of them. Individuals who are members of CTOC may become an active part of our Pastor’s Aide Committee by contacting any officer of the department. The requirement for membership is to be committed, punctual and consistent in assisting the Pastor in any endeavors he has to enhance the work of ministry.

The Usher Board is responsible for helping to make the service flow successfully and minimize interruptions. The ushers meet the people at the door and greet them with a pleasant smile, warm welcome and directs them to comfortable seating. The ushers anticipate the needs of the pastor and the congregants and minister to these needs with discretion and as little interruption to the flow of the service as is humanly possible.

The Sunday School Department’s mission is to reach as many individuals as possible with the unadulterated truth of the Word of God regardless of age, gender, race, or financial status. The department also endeavors to maximize its numerical strength by instilling in all participants a desire to appropriate the power of the Word of God in their lives, to correctly apply Biblical principles and doctrines and to live soberly, Godly and as good citizens. The department encourages Bible study in both a structured classroom environment and independently, with an emphasis on practical application.

“May the God who gives endurance and encouragement give you the same attitude of mind toward each other that Christ Jesus had, so that with one mind and one voice you may glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. Accept one another, then, just as Christ accepted you, in order to bring praise to God.” - Romans 15:5-7

Who We Are

The mission of CTOC Women’s Ministry is to unify, connect, and serve the women of our church and our community.

We seek to:

  • Unify women to build a caring community where all discover and develop their God-given gifts;
  • Connect women by offering meaningful relationships, accountability and acceptance;
  • And Serve to reach others for Christ locally and globally.

Our vision is to encourage women to grow in their faith in Christ, to develop and strengthen intimate friendships with other women, and to provide opportunities to serve and reach our community for Christ.

“I tell you the truth, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there’ and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you.” - Matthew 17:20

Who We Are

We are men of faith who are strong, courageous, trusting and serving, who have the faith of a mustard seed to move mountains.

At CTOC, we want to help our men become Mountain Movers. Our Men’s Ministry is a place to join and connect with other men in their journeys toward Christ-centeredness. We do this through studying His Word, sharing life experiences, serving others, and embracing the outdoors and the creation of our Heavenly Father.

Our vision is to provide spiritual development opportunities throughout the year, focusing on service and adventure.

Our mission is to reach out to the youth in our community and beyond, providing a place of fellowship and growth where we can connect with God, with each other, and the community.

We envision young people seeing Christ as the answer, getting an opportunity to know Him better through worship, small groups, and activities.  Loving God and each other as Christ has loved us, and making an impact on those around us with His love.
